Since I was a child, I have always enjoyed running and being physically active. As a husband and father; as well as, business owner, I don't have countless hours to spend training and dealing with the resulting injuries. The long slow distance training programs that are so prevalent in this era of training leaves virtually every follower riddled with countless injuries. I am not about becoming a better athlete by going longer, farther, and sacrificing precious time away from family and friends to succeed. I believe for me to become a better athlete, I need to build fitness by performing varied functional movements at high intensity, learn the optimal biomechanics and technique of the sports I participate in, and maximize the effects of nutrition and rest. Don't believe me? Pay attention, I'll be the guinea pig.
